Our lawyers are expected to work towards and maintain a full caseload of files. As a result of our well-established client base and high volume of inquiries, you will quickly establish a busy and engaging practice. As an associate at Watson & Company, Lawyers, you will set your own reasonable, billable hourly rate and will be compensated at a very competitive rate in relation to your billing, giving you control over your monthly and annual salary.

Our associates must be able to take ownership of their own examinations for discovery, applications, mediations, and trials, but will almost always have access to advice, mentorship, and support from both senior and junior counsel within our firm. Further, it is not uncommon within our office for counsel to appear on each other’s less contentious files when there are scheduling conflicts or for counsel to consult with each other discussing legal questions and/or fact scenarios.
